Cost of participation = Registration Fee + Hotel expenses


Registration Fee - 500 Euro

“Last minute” Registration Fee - 550 Euro
(before March 21, 2004)(poster presentation only)
 

The conference registration fee includes admission to all sessions, book of abstracts, welcoming reception, a tour to the 11th century Wieliczka Salt Mine (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and meals - lunches (Mon-Fri), conference dinners (Mon-Thu), conference banquet, refreshments.

Partially granted conference fee might be offered to a limited number of participants.



Registration Fee for accompanying persons         - 450 Euro


The registration fee for accompanying persons includes welcoming reception, meals - lunches (Mon-Fri), conference dinners (Mon-Thu), conference banquet, refreshments, a tour to the 11th century Wieliczka Salt Mine (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) and three extra tours in Krakow and its surrounding areas. Details will be shown later on.

Cancellation of registration

  • All cancellations should be made in writing by fax (+48 12 637-21-92) or e-mail and sent to Ewa Beltowska (nmbeltow@imim-pan.krakow.pl)
  • 100% refund of the conference fee is possible (minus banking charges) before May 15, 2004
  • Your payment less than 100 Euros will be reimbursed, if a cancellation is received after May 15, 2004



Hotel expenses:

These costs depend on the choice of hotel quality. All the necessary details connected with the hotel room reservations (name of hotels and the final prices will be available since the beginning of 2004. According to it's small distance from the center of the city and difficulties with reservation in the tourist season, hotel rooms were pre-reserved mainly in Hotel Cracovia(***). The hotel reservation will be made by the Jagiellonian University BOIN agency. The proposed prices will be the same as those, arranged directly by hotel offices.
