The registration desk will be opened at CRACOVIA Hotel on Monday, May 30 , from 15:00 to 20:00, as well as at the Conference Center, Sw Anny 12, during the conference days, according to the conference schedule.

If you have any special dietary requirements, please, inform the ladies from the Conference Office.

Breakfast - will be available at the Hotel Restaurants, with the exception of Student Dormitory ZACZEK:

• CRACOVIA Hotel Restaurant from 6:30 to 10:00
• University Hotel (Bursa im.S.Pigonia) from 8:00 to 10:00 (also earlier if required)
• University Hotel (Dom Goscinny UJ) from 7:00 to 10:00

Welcoming Reception/Buffet - will be available on Sunday, May 30 from 19:00 to 21:00 at the CRACOVIA Hotel.

Lunches - will be served daily at the "Wierzynek" Restaurant, Rynek Glowny 15 , at hours given in the Conference Program.

Dinners - For the Calphad participants and the accompanying persons dinner on Monday and Tuesday will be served at the Restaurant "Wierzynek" at 19:00, whereas on Thursday at the Restaurant "Hawelka", Rynek Glowny 34 at 19:00.

Banquet - The Calphad participants and the acompanying persons are requested to take part in the conference banquet, which will be held on Wednesday, June 2 at the CRACOVIA Hotel at 20:00.

Coffee breaks - will be available in the conference area at the Conference Center, Sw Anny 12.

Projection facilities will be provided for transparencies and Power-Point presentations. Power-Point presentation - a multimedia projector and a laptop will be available for the presentations. The laptop will be running with Windows XP system, MS Office XP and with Power Point XP. The Authors will be responsible for checking, before their session starts, that their presentation files function correctly on the conference projection system. Authors should also bring their presentations on transparencies in case of any problems with their Power Point files.

The Poster Sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, June 1, between 16:30 and 18:00, and for Thursday, June 3, between 16:50 and 18:20. The instruction for Poster Presentation is given on the conference web site. The Poster Session Program is available on the web site. It will also be given in the Abstract&Program Book.
