Instruction for Poster Presentation
- The Poster Sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, June 1, between 16:30 and 18:00, and for Thursday, June 3, between 16:50 and 18:20
- The available poster-board size is 80 cm wide and 100 cm high
- Each poster-board will be labeled (P-1 to P-xx) at the top-left corner with the relation to the number of the paper given in the Conference Program
- Please, pin-up your poster on the assigned poster-board according to the numbering given in the Conference Program
- The posters can be placed starting from the morning hours of Tuesday, June 1 (Poster Session PI ) and Thursday, June 3 (Poster Session PII ), respectively
- The poster should be removed from the poster-board immediately after the session
- The conference Organizers are not responsible for the posters left on the poster-board after the Poster Session
- Both Poster Sessions will be held in the coffee break area, close to the Conference Room (Aula)
- The poster-boards will be full-white- boards
- The Organizers strongly recommend using tapes
- The Authors are requested to be available near their posters during their Poster Session. Please, check in the Conference Program for which day your poster paper is assigned
