CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may be made online until May 20, 2023 at 11:59PM EDT. To cancel after that date, please email conferences-www@mit.edu.

Refunds for conference cancellations received in writing by May 20, 2023 at 11:59PM EDT will be granted less a $300 processing fee for conference registrations. No refunds will be granted after May 20. No refunds will be granted for accompanying persons. No refunds will be given for portions of the registration not being used. All refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which the original payment was submitted, with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers’ discretion, may be refunded via check. Credit card refunds will be issued to the card that was used to make the payment.

Individuals are solely responsible for making and cancelling their own travel reservations. Please remember that cancelling or changing your conference registration will not automatically cancel or change any travel arrangements you may have made. MIT takes no responsibility for any damages, costs, or losses, should you cancel or change your conference registration, or should CALPHAD 2023 be cancelled, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
