Participation Fees include: admission to conference sessions, conference kit; welcome cocktail, coffee during breaks, farewell banquet, two half day excursions and arrival and departure transfer on a sharing basis by taxi Ben Gurion Airport/Haifa.

Accompanying Persons Fees include: welcome cocktail, farewell banquet, two half day excursions and arrival and departure transfer on a sharing basis in a taxi Ben Gurion Aiport/Haifa.

Student Attendee: can participate in lectures without taking an active part in the conference. No conference material or meals will be provided.

Cancellation Policy of Registration
Refunds will be made as follows: If the cancellation letter is postmarked before April 15, 2006, full refund less US$50 processing charge. 
Thereafter Ė full refund less $ 100.



HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

Rooms have been reserved for Conference participants at reduced rates at Le Meridien Hotel in Haifa. Please note that due to overbooking during this period of the year in Haifa, rooms are guaranteed until April 7, 2006.

Hotel Rates:

Double room (2 persons)   $ 232

Rates are per night on a full board basis (three meals included).

Cancellation Policy of Hotel Accommodation
Refunds will be made as follows: If the cancellation letter is postmarked 21 days prior to arrival, full refund less US$20 processing charge. 
Thereafter Ė full refund 1 night deposit.

 

POST CONFERENCE TOUR

Depart from Haifa, Drive along the coastal road to Caesarea to view the archaeological ruins of this ancient Herodian Port City important Byzantine center and Crusader stronghold. 
Dinner and overnight: Jerusalem
 
Saturday, May 13, 2006
We begin the dayís tour on the Mount of Olive for a breathtaking view of the entire city. Visit the Church of All Nations and the garden of Gethsemane. Drive via the Kidron Valley to Mt. Zion and visit the Room of the Last Supper and Davidís Tomb. Continue by foot in the Walled City. In The Jewish Quarter see the Cardo and Western Wall. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Rock on the Temple Mount. In the Christian Quarter visit St. Annís Crusader Church. Ecce Homo (Lithostrotos), Antonia Fortress and the Church of the Holly Sepulchre. Later this afternoon drive to Bethlehem and visit the Church of the Nativity and the Milk Grotto. Return to the hotel.
