Aim of the Conference
The International CALPHAD Conference was first held in 1973.Since then, it provides to scientists and students with an interest in thermodynamics of materials an opportunity to meet, present and discuss their work in a friendly atmosphere.
Topics include, but are not limited to:

Conference Venue
The forty-forth CALPHAD International Conference will be held in Loano, Italy from May 31 to June 5, 2015.Loano is a beautiful small town on the Ligurian "Riviera delle Palme", in northern Italy, about 80 Km west of Genova. "Riviera delle Palme" is a renowned destination, not only for holidays at the see but also for art, culture, traditions.
The conference venue is the Loano 2 Village, Via degli Alpini, 6 - 17025 Loano ITALY.

Call for Abstracts
Contributions to the CALPHAD meeting must be in English and should report original work.
Abstracts cannot exceed one page, including Title, Authors and affiliation, Text, one Figure, References.
More details and an abstract submission form will be available at the page Abstract Submission.
By submitting an abstract the submitting author gives permission for the Organizing Committee to reproduce the abstract in all materials associated with the conference.
Author preferences will be taken into account but the organizing committee reserves the right to determine the presentation type (oral or poster). For acceptance of an abstract it is required that at least one of the authors is registered to the Conference.
Note that the deadline for abstract submission is February 15, 2015.
